“Kegels” or pelvic floor exercises are done to strengthen and relax the pelvic floor. Having a strong, efficient pelvic floor helps to support the bladder, uterus, vagina, and rectum. “Kegel” exercises help with a healthy sex life, prevention or improvement of incontinence.
Pelvic health physiotherapists can help.
If you have further questions about exercise incontinence, contact either of our pelvic health physiotherapists: Carolyn (Westbrook) email@example.com , or Kristine (Summerside) firstname.lastname@example.org .
