Kegel Exercises

“Kegels” or pelvic floor exercises are done to strengthen and relax the pelvic floor. Having a strong, efficient pelvic floor helps to support the bladder, uterus, vagina, and rectum. “Kegel” exercises help with a healthy sex life, prevention or improvement of incontinence.
