"No stairs, street level. Thorough investigation. Excellent explanation and communication. Provided concrete exercises to isolate specific areas which need strengthening in order for healing to occur. They do not adhere to stereotypes!) They have my gratitude! (And an accessible washroom, too! Yay!)”
