REP Physio – Your Edmonton Physiotherapy Provider
Rehabilitation   Empowerment   Performance

REP Physio will be taking clients on a modified/reduced schedule from May 6th onward, pending further announcements from the CMOH. We are currently not booking acupuncture, massage, and personal training until further notice. Dietitian consults and physiotherapy services are also continuing to be done virtually. To comply with regulations that have been established by the CMOH for the delivery of in-clinic physiotherapy, the following procedures at REP Physio have been instituted:

  • Limiting clinic capacity to 8 people only at any given time;
  • COVID screening procedures at the time of booking as well as at the time of appointments;
  • booking clients on a reduced schedule to allow for a 1:1 care ratio;
  • demarcating 2m distances throughout the clinic;
  • robust hand hygiene policies for both staff and clients;
  • requiring therapists to wear surgical masks when providing direct client care;
  • requiring administrative staff to wear surgical masks if a 2m distance cannot be maintained;
  • removing all linens (pillows, hot packs, towels etc.) from treatment areas;
  • ceasing use of certain electrophysical agents and exercise equipment;
  • asking clients to wait outside until they are called for their appointment;
  • clients are strongly encouraged to wear their own masks in the clinic, however it is not mandatory.
Lastly, physiotherapists have the discretion to refuse in-clinic care if telerehabilitation appointments are deemed to be more appropriate. We thank you for your understanding as we adapt to this new care environment and strive to prioritize the safety of our valued clients, our amazing staff, and their families. #getyourREPSin
